SMALL GROUP CLASSES - MOVE THROUGH MIDLIFE - LOWER BLUE MOUNTAINS
Our small group classes might be just what you need if there are medical and health needs you want to manage but also have some connection and community while you complete your exercise
You can join our Move Through Menopause classes as a small group, maximum of 6 participants. We run a limited number per week at the moment as we have just started this service and will increase the number of classes as demand increases.
Once you have had an Exercise Physiology Initial Assessment to determine your individual health needs and goals, you then have the choice of starting with a class or one on one session or a combination of both to suit your needs and goals.
You will follow your own program while you are helped with one of our Exercise Physiologists and/or complete a circuit style class format with our Exercise Physiologist. Classes run at the moment at 6pm and 7pm on Thursday evenings in our clinic in Glenbrook, Lower Blue Mountains.
You can purchase a minimum of 4 classes to be used over a 5 week period.
